Who I Am
I’m a Fractional COO, systems nerd, and the person founders call when their business is growing faster than their capacity to keep up. I help bring order to the chaos, structure to the ideas, and momentum to the parts of the business that have been stuck for too long.
My Background
I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Laws, a combination that trained me to think strategically, communicate clearly, and solve problems from multiple angles.
I started my career in corporate marketing, then pivoted to build my own successful commercial photography business, where I helped brands bring their ideas to life through creative direction and content that actually connected.
That journey gave me a rare blend of experience across corporate, small business, and startup ecosystems, and taught me how to support founders in the real world, not just on paper.
What I Do Now
Over the past few years, I’ve become a true Jill of All Trades inside growing businesses, managing operations, streamlining systems, guiding marketing, coordinating teams, and getting into the nitty-gritty wherever needed.
